To ensure the timely and accurate processing of new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, etc. 1. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of Individual and Corporate new business applications, renewals, and mid-term policy adjustments (MTAs) with minimal supervision; provide guidance for less experienced staff. 2. Provide or arrange training for less experienced staff and perform quality control checks. 3. Maintain accurate client records. 4. Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with Clients, Brokers, Third Parties and other Goodhealth departments and offices. 5. Maintain accurate broker's records. 6. Adhere to Best Practice Processes, Service Standards and to all relevant statutory or regulatory requirements, including treating customers fairly and other TCF initiatives. 7.
