Senior Purchasing Officer  

Job description / Role Aldar Academies now looking to recruit a Senior Purchasing Officer to manage procurement process for non-project services for Aldar Academies such as Educational Resources, FF&E, Books, IT, Asset Management, Operational Requirements. Roles and Responsibilities • Assist in the procurement process and liaise between external vendors and internal Departments and school teachers. • Oversee the Procurement for Operations
Requirements: including but not limited to Facility Management, Nurses, School • Transportation, Outsourced Staff, Uniforms, Catering, Furniture, etc. • Maintain and update preferred vendor in coordination with respective Department • Review users RFP/PR documents as per the process and DOA. • Conduct commercial review (scoping and technical review are performed by Dept.) • Analyzing techno-commercial proposals • Submit recommendation for supervisor and then Department Head for approval • Oversee the provision of services/ receipt of products • Prepare the contracts needed and administer them during execution. • Review recommendation ...
