SHIFT ENGINEER  

(1) During his shift work, to assure in quantity and in quality, the production of the TWO cement mills having a capacity of 2 M t/y. (2) Primary duties and responsibilities: • Responsible for the materials processing from loading of clinker & gypsum on the main feeding conveyor belt till the feeding of cement into silos. • Supervise and give instruction to the mill operator for any production directives. (3) Apply proper cement grinding procedures together with a strict respect for the cement quality standards, plant’s environment rules, employee’s safety, and co-workers. (4) In case of any stoppage of mills or major equipment, to call the proper plant maintenance expert to monitor and repair the machine. (5) Control the work of his employees and increase their knowledge by special training. (6) Inform his hierarchical superior for any important problem in the process line or quality control results.
