TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST 
Our client is ONE of the largest and most diversified businesses in the uae whose main interests cover construction, real estate, IT, manufacturing and shopping malls. Due to continued expansion, they are currently seeking to hire a Training & Development Specialist for their Dubai offices. Reporting to the Group Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company has appropriately trained skilled and qualified personnel to meet both departmental and business goals. You will be responsible for carrying out annual training needs analysis’ for all business segments. As well as developing an annual training plan whilst sourcing and building reciprocal relationships with training institutions, schools and universities. Other responsibilities include managing the annual performance management/appraisal and succession planning processes as well as being the main point of contact for all HR operations personnel.
