TREASURY MANAGER  

Our client is a newly established entity of reputable local lineage that will manage large real estate developments and investments, locally and internationally. They currently require a Treasury Manager to assist with funding of exciting and up-coming projects. Reporting into the Director of Finance you will establish and maintain relationships with banks and funding companies. You will research and investigate investment and funding opportunities, ensuring all funding and treasury functions are at maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Managing a team of 2 Analysts you will ensure that all project funding is sourced and qualified. You will have 5-7 years experience in a project funding environment with exposure to private equity, funding or project based structured finance. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with multi-national banks and investment houses.
