• To ensure that service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality possible to ensure stable production • To ensure efficient use of equipment. • To ensure maximum effective use of equipment and labour ensuring high productivity output, giving maximum availability • To ensure that mobile operators are working in an efficient and effective manner • To ensure that inspection regimes are correctly adhered and planned to reduce disruption in production. • To ensure that the staff are adequately trained to enable high levels of quality and efficiency • To ensure that Health Safety guidelines are adhered to within the Workshop environment • To ensure adequate maintenance of Workshop premises, tools, equipment and other materials • To ensure that vehicle records are correctly maintained and that files are updated and transferred on a timely basis Good comunication and technical skills. ...
